By accessing and placing orders on the Biswas Market website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Delivery Service & Pincode Coverage

Biswas Market operates hyper-local fulfillment centers delivering groceries within designated serviceable pincodes. We reserve the right to modify delivery timeframes based on weather conditions, traffic restrictions, or exceptional demand spikes.

3. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Fresh produce prices (vegetables and fruits) fluctuate daily based on wholesale morning agricultural mandis. In the rare event of an out-of-stock item after order placement, we will contact you immediately for substitution or full refund.

4. Payments & Security

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) processed securely via Razorpay. We never store your full card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers.
